The gas cost is given by
(Crew / 2 + Max Marine) * Time/pasec * (distance)^2 * 0.00002 / (1 + (Number of Warp gates * 0.05) * (1 - 0.004 * Level of Management skill)
Here,
the unit for cis seconds
and the unit for Distance is pasecs.
Time/pasec for each ships.
Freighter : 783
Probe : 600
Fighter : 720
Bomber : 878
Corvette : 973
Frigate : 1714
Destroyer : 1385
Missile Destroyer : 1440
Cruiser : 1636
Carrier : 2400
Battle ship: 2769
Dreadnought : 4000
Number of crews for each ships.
Freighter : 10
Probe : 4
Fighter : 4
Bomber : 10
Corvette : 40
Frigate : 200
Destroyer : 110
Missile Destroyer : 80
Cruiser : 350
Carrier : 290
Battle ship : 1400
Dreadnought : 300
So if you send two dreadnought from a planet with 3 warp gates to a planet 300 pasecs away, the gas cost would be
(300 / 2 + 200) * 4000 * 300^2 * 0.00002 / (1.15) * (0.8) *2
= 3,506,086

2. Easy way.
Use Support Order. Even if you don't have ships on that planet, it will show you the gas cost.
